About Entertaiment
Entertainment is a form of leisure activity, which can be either active or passive. It involves an external stimulus that offers pleasure, requires an audience, and takes place in a form of consumption. It can also be a social event, such as a party or a religious festival, or may take the form of a spectacle.
It is a form of distraction that allows people to escape the stresses of their daily lives. When people engage in entertaining activities, they experience a release of “feel good” hormones called endorphins that help relieve stress and pain. It is important to note that what is entertaining for one person might not be enjoyable or even fun for another.
